Payments: Girlfriends Who Inspire Change LLC  products are available exclusively online in the Jewelry & More store on our website, separate from the affiliate marketing brands. Products: The products in the Jewelry & More store are exclusively sold online and can be shipped to the customer. If you receive a product that looks different from the image online, please get in touch with us promptly at (877) 361-3080 or via email at info@girlfriendswhoinspirechange.com

Shipping: GWIC uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship packages (Domestic/Intl). The estimated time for standard delivery through USPS is up to 7-10 business days in the US, and international shipping can take 14-21 days.

Standard Return Policy:  Merchandise must be returned within 7-14 days of the purchase date.   Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We offer exchanges for items of equal value. Please follow the return process to initiate an exchange.
